To get your initial password, please contact the Rocky Mountain Power Cool Keeper Program call center at 1-800-357-9214.
You will need to change the initial password after logging into the portal for the first time.
The basic steps are:
Step 1: Login
- Use your account number as Login
- Use your initial password as the password
Step 2: Update “Personal Settings”
- Go to the "Change Login Credentials" section
- Enter your new password. Re-enter the same password to confirm
Password must be at least 8 characters long, with an upper case letter, lower case letter, a digit and a punctuation symbol - Click Update to save
